You can't do it alone easily unless you want to gravity bleed them. You would need to suck out all the fluid in the reservoir and then clean it throughly. Fill with fresh fluid and then the games begin. Car should be on 4 jack stands with wheels off. YOU NEED A 6 POINT WRENCH OR SOCKET. Loosen the bleeders and screw them back somewhat tight. If it won't come loose, you need to take a flame to the bleeder and when you get it hot, melt a little candle wax into the threads. After they are all loose, get help. The sequence is Open, Down, Close and Up. One of you gets even commands and the other gets odd commands. Open means the person at the wheel opens the bleeder screw. The person in the car presses the pedal till it is 3/4 way down and then he says Down. The other person closes the bleeder and says Close. The one in the car says up when the has finished letting the pedal up fully. The cycle continues till the fluid is clear.

The bleeding order is RR, LR, FR, FL

Sooner or later, you will have to bleed the brakes. I flush them every year. Also, that might be a good time to change the brake hoses if they have never been done. Got stiffer pedal after I did it. Let me clarify tho, the brakes felt like they were engaging sooner.
