What was the RWHP & RWTQ??? Also the fan in front of the car on the Dyno run is normal procedure.

hpandtq

240 rwhp and 323 rwtrq, which is not that hard to get out of a tpi 350 setup, but i'm still trying to beat an 00 ss camaro with k/n and flowmasters. so i know i will need adlease 290 horsepower to the rear well to pull on him in the quarter mile.

I would say you have more than 273hp at the crank, 240rwhp through an auto works out closer to 300hp at the crank using around 18% drivetrain loss which seems to be about the accepted rate for an auto around here... Did the dyno guys come up with the 273hp number? Even if you use 15% loss you'd be looking at 232 rwhp for 273 crank... I've yet to hear too many people suggest an auto setup only sucks out 15% or less to the rears...

don't know

15 percent drive train loss is low, but that was the numbers i pulled i am looking for another dyno around here so i can make them numbers for sure because even when i ran them they wanted me to run it again because they said the numbers did not seem right. But they were going to charge me the same to do it again if those same numbers came up.

After rereading your Post and what you added to the car since your last post on 6/29 and had the car Dyno's ( ) and came up with those numbers on 7/02 You are real good getting parts and installing them in 2/3 days. My opinion is you are pulling everyones chain.

15% or so is ok for manual and about 20% for auto.
