I'm looking to replace the carb that came with my 350 when i bought it.The engine is getting work done to it and i'm a little weary that the stock carb wont be able to keep up with what the engine needs to preform properly.

I've narrowed my search down to a Holley 600 or a Demon 625.I've heard good and bad things about both carbs.I'm not sure which would be the best for my application.

 

i like the demon carbs. took mine out of the box put it on the car and it fired right up.
adjusted the idle and it was good to go
