You're on TGO too right? Though I saw that IROC sitting in front of that beasty house.

Sweet ride, I really like it. I love the sub setup, did you do that yourself?

Hi thats a nice Iroc-z but please for the love of god get rid of the mud flaps and you need to use more tire shine stuff.

You have the same pipes out back that i have they look cool.

Yeah, 305 TBI was the basemodel motor. Just like the LG4 used to be available in early irocs and Z28's and stuff. Some people just chose that option. You see em every once in a while

Thanks guys.....

Rippin92RS - Yah thats a super nice hotel up the road from the hotel i work at. Cool place for a photo shot i thought Yah the sub set up i did all on my own,,,everything. Theres my step by step box build and stuff at my site.

Chris`s85Z28 - ahah trust me i wanna get rid of them but for home here i have to deal with a long muddy dirt driveway and the road i live on has tons of loose rocks so i didnt want the new paint getting sandblasted off the front of my ground efx...like you see most cars with,,,plus driveing thru one mud puddle doesnt fling mud all over my nice clean car. If your running the 245/50/16s you know that they are wide and like to dirty a car up fast. And ususlly i have my tires so shiny i could brush my hair in them...(key is let the protectant bake on in the sun dont wipe off If your refuring to my dull tires in the 1st few pics its cause i just washed the car in town and didnt have any shine with me .

Pro - TBI = toilet bowl injection hahaha no no i got a 4 barrel qjet on there (stock on my LG4). Its not as good as tpi but better then tbi.

I think id way rather have a TPI or a ls1 or lt1 (dreaming) But i think a mildly suped 350 carb is in order atleast. I would also like to get my hand on a vert 3rd gen hopefully with a tpi.

Some of my future mods i would like.....
sfc, chrome iroc rims, NO2, cam and intake, carb or full engine swap.

Ok
TBI is terrible. But ONLY if you are an owner of a truck with one in it (like me). Sure, TBI cant make power, but in a truck (compared to a camaro) its EVEN WORSE. Weight, aerodynamics, etc.

Someday, it's coming out.

The TBI's in the trucks may suck, but the darn things will run for ever.

Yea I havnt had a SINGLE problem with the motor. Have only replaced the alternator and power steering pump (did PS pump last week). Motor is completely original and has 140k on it.
4L60E on the other hand is a pos. This one is at least.

Yep, 178k on my truck... all original and doesnt burn oil. Its been very reliable. If it ever dies, I think an LT1 would be pretty comfortable in there though

Nice iroc btw... I to dislike the mudflaps, but if theyre serving a purpose, leave em be I guess.
