the wider the wheel along with the higher the offset will give a larger dish. i don't recommend going larger then 3" on the dish as you will bend the rim quite easily.
alot of it depends on personal preference but any 2 or 3 piece wheel will have a dish design to it. there are a few cast wheels out there with dish designs. an example of a cast wheel with a dish design is the thirdgen firehawk wheel which is 17x9.5 i believe.
now if you go with a custom billet wheel like boyd, budnik, billet specialties, boze, hre, etc. you have alot more options on the face of the wheel but prices start to jump.
what style of wheel and general price range are you looking to spend per a wheel?
