help me shop for some goodies
well i got back my taxes today got a min of 2500 to spend on my iroc-z what should i do (well heres what she needs) the rear pinion seal is leaking pretty good because the bearing has play in it(i can actually turn the driveshaft a bit before it stops. so i need some rear work i went to advance auto parts for the 373 gears the installation kit and the whole posi unit is like 800 bucks then i need to pay somebody to put it in.(lord knows i wont mess with my rear) are advance parts good there actually the performance grade but sold by advance. somebody told me to go 12 bolt but i really need to ponder that. also she should get a ds loop and a new drive shaft. and some subframe connectors. other then that i play on doing some interior restoration very little i need the visors sial panels and vanity mirror. shes also running rich and losing fuel pressure on cold days what would you seriously do with your 2500 on this iroc-z all appreciated

$800?! I got my 4.10's, install kit, TA cover, stud kit, lube, and posi for $500. All name brand, warrantied, proven parts. www.ThunderRacing.com and www.SLPOnline.com
Ok, so rear is done. Next, I'd definitely do SFC's, weld them in. I'd take apart your whole TPI system and port the crap out of it. Really cheap mod. I saw you already had exhaust.
I'd either save up for a 350 (no flaming), do a T56 swap, or dive into the suspension. Start with 17" wheels, sticky tires, Eibach Pro Kit, bigger swaybars, etc.
Good luck! Sure did get a lot back!
