hello everybody..im am getting desperate with this problem ive had with my 88 iroc with a used 305 tpi ho..i have the original 350 block and vortec heads but waitin for rebuild cash..but thats another story...
my problem is this...
my car after it heated up will try to stall at about 2500 to 3000 when driving in overdrive..
when it did that it would fluctuate rpms from 2000 to 500 then try to stall again...
ive changed my tpi sensor intake pressure sensor,idle control motor...both temp sensors..o2 sensor and have adjusted them all out starting with the timing and then base idle and then tps adjusted...when i do all this the car acts like its running on 4 cylnders...when i adjust it out gain it runns good till it heats up..seems to idle a little high though...but here of lateit hasnt givin me any codes...i replaced the fuel filter about 6 months ago..
and the thermastat is good new too..also ne plugs and rotor ..ect...
does anyone have any idesa?im replacing the fuel filter and fuel reguator on the fuel rail this weekend..could it be my fuel pump?sometimes in the morning it takes forever till for it to start in the morning acts like iot gets no gas...im also changing my cold start valve this weekend too...
does anyone have any ideas?
also in the mornings it doesnt due this till it warms up?
please help..im desperate...with no car i have no job...
