If you still have the sticker under the hood of your car, connect the devices as shown tho it might not look exactly the same as the actual hoses, but as long as everything is connected as indicated including where the "T"s and "one-way" valves are etc, it'll do fine. Also try Chilton's manuals.

Thumbs up

You might have a cat converter going bad. jack the car up and while the exhaust is cold hit the converter with your hand. If it rattles then the converter is breaking up and plugging the exhaust. You will have a lose of power on accel and a roaring noise from the engine. If you check and there is no vacuum leaks and the converter is not rattling then remove the converter and see remove the internals. Reinstall it and it should be fine I ran my cat converter housing and with nothing in it and it still passed emissions.

ok well i just pulled a code 44..i hope its not my cat cause thats a new high flow. someone suggested my 02 sensor but im not sure well here is a readout of my emissions

Standard NOx - 1146 - my reading was 139

HC standard - 152 - my reading 161

CO% standard - 0.86 - my reading 1.53

CO2% - my reading was 14.2

my 02% was 0.2

Your code 44 is for a lean O2. Your .2mv reading is lean. If the ECM sees this it will send a rich signal, that is probably why your HC (hydrocarbons) are high. An O2 is all you may need, especially if it is stuck low, i.e below .500 mv. On a scanner it should be toggling from .200 to .750mv, it will have a sawtooth pattern if graphed. Some things to check are: exh. leak before the O2 sensor, faulty map reading, plugged injectors. I would probably see if the O2 remains low even if an alternate fuel is sprayed into the throttle body, such as carb. cleaner. If your O2 stays low when you add fuel, replace your O2. If your cat. conv. was bad I would expect to see higher HC at the tailpipe. Start with the easiest (and cheapest) first, and the code 44 is a good clue. Good luck.

The biggest cause of high HC is burning oil, valve guide seals, bad PCV valve, old worn out oil. I'd first change the oil to a slight heavier grade(ex.= 5w30-to>10w30 or 10w40). Change the PCV valve and run a bottle of Isopropanol(rubbing)alcohol in the tank.A lean code 44 can also be the result of a clogged fuel filter, that should be changed every year anyways b/c of the small pores in the FI filters.
And the 02 sensors should be changed every 2-3yrs for optimal performance.

I was going to suggest a bad cat as well, but you've already stated you have a high-flow cat. I would then have to say your O2's are taking a crap on you. I would change those anyway if you haven't in a while or ever.
