okay the problem im having is my volt gauge stays @ 13v when idling when i start accellerating the gauge drops to the redline, and my dash/headlights/taillights start to flicker ive uploaded a quick 1mb AVI file showing the gauge and you can here how the engine sounds.

Take the alternator out and have it tested. There may be some problem with the voltage regulator which should cut off but aparrently does not. Can't say till you get the alternator tested out.
