I took my car for a spin and i was going down the road about 30 to65 and when i would let off the gas pedel the rpm would very very very slowly fall down what do u think the problem is. Hope u can help Thanx Shane

 

where you shifting it manually? maybe you just forgot to change gears?

 

Could be a sticky throttle or TPS.
