Thumbs down Headlight Flicker?

Well now that I have all my wires correct to support the 9003 bulbs, when the high beams come on they will flicker within 30-45 seconds of activating them.

My car did this before when I had the stock headlights just not as frequently... I can hear the relays clicking like mad when it flickers, you guys think i need some new relays?

I'm wondering if your alternator has bad diodes in it and is "leaking" some of it's unfiltered AC current into the car's DC power system. Plays havoc with electronics. Otherwise, maybe just not enough juice to keep up and the relay starts to flutter.

A diagnostic test- see if it still flickers the same with the engine running vs. key-on but not running.
