headers, no emission stuff, what should I do?

I just bought some dynomax headers off of summit. The stock manifolds on my 84 z28 305 camaro has the exhuast manifolds equipped with emission crap. (coming off the top of the exhuast manifolds) The headers I bought don't have any emission equipment. Should I drill holes and set it up, or will I be fine just plugging them off? I planned on taking my cat off anyway, so do I need all that stuff?

thanks,
Sage

If you don't have emissions testing, then just take it all off.

Keep all of the original parts in case you want to switch back. They are hard to find in good condition.

send the air pump to file 13. You don't need that **** any way.

If you do trash the emmissions stuff, make sure that you keep the plugs that were for it dry by sealing them up or whatever otherwise, you might have shorts.
