well i got headers, painted, for 20 bucks from a buddy who crashed his camaro, so i dont have coated headers and dont care for 20 bucks, just let me know, if i wrap the headers with header wrap should i still get the starter a shield, or the wrap will be just fine, someone said the wrap keeps the heat way down anyway. let me

 

If you are going to wrap them you should not need a starter shield. It wouldn't hurt, but probably not needed.

 

im just gonna send them to airborn coatings get the ceramic coated inside and outside then i dont have to worry about the starter, brake lines wires or anything
