For some reason, I had to unbolt the pass side engine mount and rotate the engine to get the TES to work whereas the SLP dropped right in. 1 3/4 too so I can't imagine that the 1 5/8 will be harder. The only thing I had removed was the AIR tubes to make it easier. Oops, I guess I forgot to put it back on.

Dunno about the TES but I have assisted in the installation of 3 SLP systems including my own and never had a problem getting them in.

yeah I think what also happens, is that the company may lay off some old, better workers that care more about the products, and perhaps the newer replacement workers, don't give a f! But we may never know, Hookers are pretty much the best fitting and performing headers out there, so I would go with those if you could swing the extra doh for them.

I was just looking for a set with the O2 bung and without the AIR pipes. Guess I will just have to have the bung welded on!

yah thats axacly how my Flowtechs came O2 treads and no air pipes. The only thing is if i wanted the o2 to work i had to drill out the hole for it but the threads were already there. And they also suplyed me with all the bolts and fasteners i needed included.
