HCI recommendations for my setup.

I have a TPI 350 in my 87 S-10 It is getting forged crank, rods, pistons and a D1SC procharger. I am not sure what heads cam and intake manifold I shoud run with this setup. My biggest problems is that I need to have functional EGR to pass the PITA emissions test. So far the only miltiport intake I can find with EGR is the stock one. And if I use the stock intake then its worthless to change heads and cam and there goes all the horsepower I was wanting to make. So I guess my question is What heads and intake will work with my TPI computer and wiring that have EGR, and what cam will pass the emissions test but work good with 8-8.5 compression and 12-15 psi boost?

In Virginia if you have to spend more than $250 DMV will issue a waiver so you can renew your plates. Post your state so anybody in your state might have a different solution.

I think my question was misunderstood. I just need to know if there is a aftermarker miltiport intake available that has EGR.

TPI intakes with EGR - Super Ram, and Edelbrock (same baseplate basically), and FIRST. Several companies make larger runners. There might be a single plane carb style MPI (mUltiport, or mUltipoint) intake with EGR, but I'm not sure.

The supercharger will make a lot of power by itself.

How much $$$$ do you have for heads? AFR 195s would probably get you the best streetable power. Trickflows will get really good power too. Both are well over $1k per pair though, unless you score on EBay.

Cam - keep it small-ish, like 220 or less duration on the intake (low compression, and boost to overcome any cam shortcomings), if it's for the street. Exhaust side depends on your exhuast system and which heads, but with boost, you'll have a lot more exhaust mass to exhale, so a larger exhaust duration will probably help a little.

Hope you save money in your budget for injectors, pump, chip tuning, headers, strong enough transmission and rear, fuel, etc.................
