looking at picking up a firebird rear hatch since it doesn't have a rear defroster. will it fit identical to my camaro hatch? also, how much is it to get new metal trim ring for the hatch as this one i believe is rather rusted and i'd like to just replace it new.... ?

 

I think the hatches are the same. The metal trim cost an insane amount of money! I think its around $200 or so.

 

Hatches are the same. Just sand the trim and paint it.
