I got my z28 at like 6 pm houston time.. 305 power locks power windows. ac is out,and speedo wont work, need to replace teh cooling fan and shroud (electric). not the greatest of conditions but hey i only paid a grand. it does drive great and sounds wonderfull,and the auto trany shifts good too.drove it 100 miles to get it home.
paint is faded and flaky but ima repaint it anyhow.seats are almost,almost perfect.windsheild no cracks,body no dents!

I wil get pics up soon till then ima keep looking around in here for anything usefull or entertaining..

Congrads. on the new car, I just looked at a 91 with a 305 they wanted $2995. for it I think i will kick the tires alittle more.

 

I am just A small stepp from getting teh camaro on the road,stupid gears inside the tranny for the speedo where all trashed so I am waiting on the dealership to send me the gears so I can plop it all together...

next step will be cosmetic.... like looking for hood loovers and stuff like that but that can wait as long as it takes.

I might look for another 3rd gen this spring and sell the Mustang. I miss cruising with the t-tops out.

 

but the car I just bought is an 86 with z28 stickers and so far it's reddish with gold trim.. but by the time it leaves the garrage where it's at im going silver or charcoal grey with a possable gold flake since the rims are gold on it..I still dont have pics of it but im getting them before I touch the body at all...
