Gonna pick up an 89 IROC L98..... a couple ???'s

Hey fellas, well, i found a replacement for the 86. a nice clean 89 IROC. L98, rebuilt, with a new tranny. About 100K on the car. Anyways, the one thing the owner mentioned was the fact that shes a little "cold blooded" in the morning. What might this be??? cold start injector? Any ideas?
Also what should I do to get her running her best. It wasn't a daily driver and has really been babied. Its bone stock, and I am just wondering what other than plugs, wires, and stuff, should I do to get her awake. I'm not talking about mods so to speak like bolt ons just yet, those are soon to come. More like things to look for. I am gopnna do a full tune-up. Any other ideas? the car idled a little rough for a TPI, i usually dont see em do that. Nothing like the 4bbls i used to see all the time, but just a little odd to me. Might be normal when cold, i only saw the motor when it was cold.
Well thats all I can think of for now guys! Let me know of any ideas or suggestions please! Thanks

Will
