going with vortech heads kit

going with vortech heads kit

ok guys on that sdpc website the vortec heads come with a performance intake manifold and a cam all for 1300$ am i dreaming or is that right what else do i need for this install

I don't think it comes with a cam, does it, if you're talking about SD8060RATPI.

I can believe a price like that. The Vortec heads can be had for $600, the SDPC intake runs $400, that leaves $300 for a cam and gaskets. Seems fairly reasonable to me.

question... what's the diffence between vortec heads and afr 195cc heads?

A better idea would be buying vortec heads, 1.6 RR's, performer rpm air gap intake, and valve covers from me for 900$ and then you can spend a lil extra for a custom ground cam for your application.
