Does anyone have these on their ride? How much of an improvement can I expect.

 

Any brand of WELDED IN SFC's will make a 100% improvement on body stiffness. But Note! Welded in not the bolt on.

 

I just got tose and the steering box brace in, so these should help with the squeks and rattles...correct.

 

Every car is different, on mine after the SFC's, STB, Rear LCA's
and Pandard bar (steering box support standard on my car) the car was better then when it was new 17 yrs ago. Note! I am the original owner of 1987 Camaro IROC-Z and could tell the difference.
