i never heard of it....was it cheap?
i know the gm and walbro pumps which typically are very good go anywhere from 60-100. pay a little now and a lot less later. i would assume it comes with everything you need if it's made for your car as there really isn't much to them. |
iT WAS 63.99 PLUS 5.99 FOR THE FUEL STRAINER, SOMETHIN LIKE THAT. IM PRETTY SURE IT HAS EVERYTHING I NEED I WAS JUST MAKIN SURE THO, WELL MY UNCLE DIDNT COME BY TODAY, HE SAID HE'LL BE HERE TOMARROW THO

the 7$ object was the Fuel filter
you'll see it when you drop the tank (i think you have to remove it before you drop the tank) not real sure... but yeah |
One tip: I always throw the so called "muffler"(between pump and top of assembly) away and install a good piece of fuel hose and secure it with screw-clamps. Nothing worse than replacing a pump, only to have a pressure leak in the tank that drops the fuel pressure or volume. Keep the lower clamp from touching the pump power terminals tho...
Sounds like you got a standard replacement pump. It would be a good time to look into a high performance one, only $30 or so more and you save youself the labor of having it done later as the modds pile up.... |
