Foose Lusso Tires and Rims

I have a chance to get a set of 18"x7.5" or 8" Foose Lusso rims for $1200, the tire im planning on is 245/40-18 front and 275/40-18 rear.
Will I have any problem with these rims rubbing? I did not do any major changes to the suspension, however I did rebuild with new parts. Nothing to lower the car, also what about the spacing, I do not want to use spacer on my rims.
Here is the two tires that I have on tap for now, Which will provide better street/strip traction:

BF Goodrich g-Force T/A KDW $797.00
245/40-18 Front
275/35-18 Rear
or
Kumho Ecsta Supra 712 $636.36
245/40-18 Front
275/35-18 Rear
or
Kumho Ecsta MX $658.62
245/40-18 Front
275/35-18 Rear
or
Nitto NT 555 Extreme $708.59
245/40-18 Front
275/35-18 Rear

Re: Foose Lusso Tires and Rims

you need to find out what the backspacing is before anyone can tell you if they will fit/rub or not
