I was wondering what fluids are best to use in our cars? I need to change them all so i need suggestions on what to buy. I run Castrol 20w-50 in the crank case and i want to know what to use in the tranny and diff.? It is a V-6 5 spd. What type of anti freeze? What type of gas? 87, 89, 93? Just let me know what you use. Thanks

my opion is(and just remeber its my opinion) use valvoline 10w30 max life in the engine it did wonders on my oil pressure when coupled with a ac delco filter 454. as for anti freeze it dosent matter but for stain of mind id use prestone. tranny fluid use a name brand like valvoline dex merx 3. and for the rear i recommend valvoline 80 90 gear oil all my opinions
