flowtech headers

i just installed a set of flowtech headers on my berlinetta problem: the oil dipstick tube bolts onto exhaust manifold stud but the headers come with bolts what should i do??

Could you reuse the OEM stud? My SLP ones came with a bolt and a loop to hook the oil tube to. Can you weld one like that?

nope the oem stud is too long cause the oem manifold is about an inch thicker. could probably fab something but was looking for a quick fix

How about trimming the stud? Will there be enough thread left? Also, you could go to GM and ask if they have a stud that will be shorter. I'll bet they do.
