Got a few questions here.....
1.There is a softball size canister under my front clip which a main vaccum line runs to from my vapor canister, cruise control, etc.- what is this?

2.What does "VATS" stand for? I have been trying to figure this out cause I have a feeling that it is something extremely obvious and I am not seeing it.

3.I have some busted off bolts in my cross member mounts-anybody had this problem before? What to do what to do??????

The cannister is a vacuum reservoir I believe. I retains a vacuum after the car is cut off.

VATS stands for Vehicle Anti Theft System.

I am not sure which crossmember you are referring to, but broken bolts are not good.
