The flanges and mounting points are different but the exhaust is routed the same way. It will have to be welded to the cat (if you have one) and new hangers installed, but it should fit just fine.

What's wrong with a 3 in SLP or 4 in system that was designed to fit the car?

Well my motor is pushing 475 horse. I have the 3 inch flowmaster exhaust and I could tell a BIg lost in power when I put it on vs. open headers. Not to metion I am going to spray 175 horse this spring so I am thinking that a 4inch would better take care of me. I was considering the used 4inch exhaust from the 4th gen because i could land it for half of what it would cost to buy a new one that fits my car.
