exhaust

Just curious...can you do a side exhaust system on these cars fairly cheap? I just think it would look cool to run them to the side like you see on some olders vetts. Then that way you could also aim the end up a little so the sound can hit cars when you pass them.

You can run sidepipes, however ground clearance would be an issue. I don't know if anyone makes sidepipes for 3rd gens, so you may have to customize it....

Well, how much room is roughly under there, figure a 2.5 exhaust would be more then enough for stock and any fairly basic upgrades that are made for more HP. Think a 2.5 would fit under there and be fine?

That depends upon your car.

It would fit fine under my car (no gfx, lots of weight removed, pro-kit springs), but you'll have to measure yours and see what you think....
