Estemated ET?

anyone have a Idea on my times if I put a 450 HP 350 in my 89 IROC w/700R4(w/shift kit) and 3.73 gears??

id say 12's easily....as long as u can hook up. and make sure u put a tranny cooler on it behind all that horsepower.

What do I need at a NHRA track if I go 12.50? 12.0? 11.50?

You must have a helmet and seat belts. At 11.99 u must have a 8 point roll bar and at 10.99 a roll cage, and aftermarket axles.

Torque and the whole powerband would have a great deal to do with ET and speed. 11.0-13.0 isn't really a good guess but that's my guess. Traction, weight, etc are all extremely important as is converter selection and that needs to be matched to the entire combo also.

Just build it already!!
