Engine rebuild kits/ 305tpi

Any suggestions on where to buy a good kit?

My IROC has been parked for too long and I cant take it anymore. I was not satisfied with its performance before, I eventually want to throw an LT-1 in there but not until my 305 goes out on me. The car runs like a champ when its cold, but once it gets to operating temp it looses a lot of power. Previously it had overheating problems, but I took care of that. I dont know if the overheating caused damage (hence the reason for loosing power at operating temp.) I bought the car with a lot of problems about 4 years ago. Had tranny rebuilt, 2 cylinders were shot, brake problems, overheating problems... it was just not a good buy, but I love the car. Took care of all of the above I just want her performing better. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

I was going to rebuild but decided to just get a new engine. Here is the one I got. It is a 350 T.P.I. that just bolts right in. http://www.sdparts.com/product/SD360...ripEngine.aspx

But if you just want to rebuild Summit has this selection http://store.summitracing.com/egnsea...115+4294840138

last i heard, those SDPC tpi motors had valve spring problems, so if you opt for this, get some new springs or ask them if they had corrected the problem when you order. Another good option is just to get the gm or mr goodwrench long block (260 or 290 hp verions) and just bolt your intake on it and get some 350 injectors, knock sensor and esc module. might want to upgrade the fuel pump as well. You could probably get the whole motor and have everything swapped for about $2000,
