You'll need main bearings, rod bearings, new piston rings, full gasket set, etc....it all adds up. I think I paid $12/each to have my rods checked, and close to $400 for a brand new crank. It's been over 5 years now, so I'm not sure.

alright thanks, i know this doesnt have anything to do with my engine knocking but what all do i have to do and buy to put posi on the car??

Depends on what setup you have now. Create a new post and you'll get plenty of ideas and opinions about what will work best....
