Engine almost done still have questions fro those with 350 vortec heads
For those that are running a 350+ engine with vortec heads, what compressions are you running with and what octane gas are you using? Need this info before I assemble the engine by myself.

What type of pistons are you using? I will be using an LT4 hot cam. The heads have been machined to handle the .525 lift.

My dad got away with 87 octane and 9.6:1 compression on his vortec head engine. But he used a ZZ4 cam and we do our own custom chips.
