Electrical Question.

Electrical Question.
Alright well I just picked my car up yesturday and the interior lights dont turn on, the power mirors and locks dont work, the alarm dosnt work, and the trunk release dosnt work. Im going to go back to the shop and see if they forgot to connect something of if there is somethign wrong with the wires. But the save me the trip... is all of that connected? Mayb I need to connect something or replace a fuse? Anyone help me out?

its a 10 amp fuse
i blow this fuse everytime i jump start the car, and the same things stop working
the trunk release the power mirrors, the door locks and the radio too
