I have a 84 Z28 w/ 305, i was wondering if some one can tell me where the cable comes from that plugs into the electric fan motor, the car had a electric motor but the owner before me removed that and put a flex fan in, and now im trying to go back to the electric motor, and dont know how to find the cable.

If he removed the electric fan, he may have removed the relay and the wiring for it too.

check to see if you have a relay next to the radiator on the pass side of the car, it will be clipped to the side of the radiator support.
