edelbrock intake

anybody here running the performer pro-flo efi system from edelbrock?
any pros or cons.
i like the idea of no laptop or chip burning to play with the engine controls.

Re: edelbrock intake

I installed the rpm version of that system on a friend's corvette right after it came out and to say I was disapointed was an understatement. WOT was about on par with the 750 holley that cam off the car. Driveability flat out sucked. This was on a gen1 sbc with the HOTCAM package. Not outrageous specs by any means. You give Edelbrock a whole build sheet of detailed engine specs and then they choose your CUSTOM TUNE from ONE OF SIX!!! available profiles. Not exactly custom in my book. Stick with one of edelbrocks packages top to bottom and do not change anything, or you will not be satisfied with the plug and play aspect. If you can sacrifice a little time to get it right, the holley commander system is way more tunable and is about the same money.

Never juiced, 360. I used to powerlift for Louisiana Tech and the name was a joking reference to my stunning physique

^Ooooh.. I read "never juiced.. 360" and I am like but then I saw it was an inside joke.. so instead I rose this flag But dayum.. 360 is quite impressive. My bro hit 320 his senior year, and I made 360 by the end of my senior year my goal
