difference between a 5.0 tpi and a 5.0 tbi?

Wait wait wait. I thought the 87 tpi Roc's had the LG4? That's what I was told. Is that wrong?

87 TPI Rocs had either the L98 or LB9. Same for all years, except 85-86. When the LB9 was the only TPI engine.
The LG4 is a carburated 305. 87 was he last year for the LG4 and could be had in the Iroc.
