Can any one tell me what the legal limit hight in P.A. is on a cowl induction hood because I want to get a 5" cowl on ma RS.

Not to be rude, but 5 inches is quite tall, and would look very gawdy! If you actualy need to have a 5 inch cowl, then there wouldn't be a problem, but other wise, I wouldn't go near that high.

Sorry, but I don't know the limit, but as far as I am conserned, more than 2 inches is to much (there was a post earlier on this as well)
