could i shrink wrap my car up for winter to keep it dry outside?
im talkin like parking it on a giant sheet of plastic, then pulling the plastic over the car, and ducttaping taping the seams .
maybe have somting inside and under the car to absorb moisture.
or is this all a stupid idea.

Though doubtful because of how cold it gets up there in Canada but..
shrink rap, duct tape and.... direct sunlight
I doubt that this would happen to you since your winters are harsh but it could harm your car's paint and may promote rust if there is any condensation trapped under the wrap for extended periods of time. This reminded me of a prank a couple friends of mine played on another friend of mine. They shrink wrapped his truck early in the morning, looked like a giant bubble.Well by the time my friend woke up,on a Saturday-sleeps late, the sun had baked some of the s.w. on his truck's paint, ruining the paint.
