Cold start speedometer delay

Cold start speedometer delay

On a cold start in my buddies 91 firebird, the speedometer will take about 5 minutes to start working, no matter what speed he goes.

your buddy spedo might be messed up tell him to take it out of the dash and make sure everything is working ok!

Cable probably needs oil, I had this Issue with my 88' caprice, it wouldnt work cold, than it would work but squeak untill it got warm. I just didnt worry about it.
