That is a load of 
I've always hated Pepboys. They left my car out in the parking lot over night when they had 6 bays available. I drove by at around 10PM and saw this so I went home, got a spare set of keys, returned to the lot and drove the car home.
They call in the morning to tell me that my car is gone and they are gonna call the cops next to report it stolen, I give them an earful 
about storing customer's cars overnight and go to the store later in the day to retrieve my original set of keys.
I hope this guy that got fired gets a nice fat settlement and can get back on his feet financially.
I avoid them like the plague.
btw, it might be better to post this in the lounge.
