Best this pass I get get out of this darn thing is a 13.10 @106 with a crappy 1.85 60ft.

carb is jeted like this 76-83 with a35squirter in front and a 37 in back with 38deg timing. If I change jets its shows no sign of change at all. It just does not seem to get off the line at all! its like it picks up after the 60ft mark. any help would be great.
