If i turn the heat on, it comes out the defroster, if i turn the a/c on it comes out the defroster, someone mentioned that is "default" mode and I may have a bad vaccum line? not sure though, any tips on fixing this problem?? thanks!!

 

any help with this, if I don't find out, I am gonna just junk my a/c system
