what sprayed on your windshield is oil not freon and if its green its a dye in the oil and will not come out.
but i would try to cut polish it out

if its not green your lucky cause it wont come out.
but if its just the mineral oil you could try just brake clean or something like it

Simple Green is good....any decent quality degreaser will work. Dawn will work well but it'll also take your wax off. In the future, vent the pressure out of your A/C lines before you start disconnecting stuff.
