Bypassing heater core

What's the hose routing to remove the heater hoses and bypass the heater core in an 88 350 TPI? It's pretty straight forward on a carb engine, but this car came with an oil cooler that I'd like to retain. One hose runs to the lil 3 way splitter that then goes into the throttle body and also another hose that goes to a T fitting that originates from the 2nd heater hose and runs through the oil cooler.
