it can be tricky. if i remember correctly i had to reach it from under the car. there is a black plastic panel under the front of the car. you know that piece that we all scrap the ground with.. well, you gotta reach up and over that and then twist the bulb out of the foglight lense. actually you know what, i think thats how to do it on a 4th gen. try this. can you reach in from the side of the light and twist the bulb out? try that. they sell a 2 or 3 different wattage bulbs for the foglights so make sure you get the right one or one bulb wil be brighter thenthe other. the stock bulb wattage is 27watts or so. i think they have a 55 watt at autozone

First, remove the black trim piece that says "CAMARO".

There is a adjustment screw at the top of the lense. Unscrew it, and remove it. There is a spring that goes around that bolt, don't lose it. The light housing should now tilt forward, but not all the way cuz the back of the bulb is now hitting inside the piece of metal behind the light. (you'll know what I mean when you see it.)

You should be able to twist and remove the bulb.

It's a pain in the a$$, but that's how I do it.

Thanks, Abab, that's what I figured. There's no way to get at them from below or behind, it's all duct work under there on the IROC.
