i was wondering on a 92 camaro 305 tuned port, which is the best cam and still pass smog and also how do i change my rev limiter to hit 6k rpm, it shifts at 5k i'm thinking 6k is allot better? i need ideas any help is appreciated

 

6000 rpm? With TPI????? All that will do is wear your bearings out faster. TPI systems stop making power around 4500rpm. If you rev it past that you're just wasting gas.

To rev the engine to 6000RPM he is going to need some good heads, cam, a different induction system, headers and exhaust. I can rev my engine that high but I have all of the above. Like was already said there is no need to rev it that high unless you have the parts to back it up. Your best bet is to call a cam company and tell them what mods are on the car and they will tell you what cam will works best and what it will pull to..
