air cleaners
anybody know if it would be possible to get a hold of or have a chrome air cleaner for my car made? Could I even just steal one off a junked car and have it chromed? Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I've never heard of one, which is not to say that it definitely doesn't exist. It's just that the CFI is sorta the red-headed stepchild of the Camaro/Corvette engine family. Not much out ther for them.
If it's a ferrous metal (magnet sticks to it)then chroming is easy. If it's plastic..... jeez, I don't know.
