I am sure many of you have seen the camaro turbo hood for the third gen's. In my opinion i think it looks amazing and i do plan on dropping a turbo in my car. The only issue is it makes sense that if i got a ram air hood it would make the car run better (it has a lot of aftermarket parts too many to list) but i dont like the look as much. Solely speaking performance wise in refrence to the intake what would be the diffrence bewteen a cowl type induction like the turbo hood and a ram air hood because i cant figure out what the hell to buy. thanx for the input

 

Opinions vary, but I think that unless you put like a pro-stock hood on you car, performance gains are gonna be minimal either way.
