Aftermarket Gauge Cluster

Does anyone know of an aftermarket gauge cluster for third gens? The interior was changed in 89? 90?. I need one for my '92. Or anyone have an idea as of how to make one?

Mine is an '87 and the dash designed changed to your '92's design in 1990. However, I have fabbed some custom gauge panels for digital gauges:

You can accomplish the same thing with analog gauges, but you'll have to use clear plexiglas in lieu of the smoked pieces I used. It takes a lot of time and patience to come up with something like I did, but I feel it's well worth both. I do receive a ton of compliments and a lot of, "How did you do that???"

look in any super chevy or chevy high performance, and their is an add for a company called Covan's Classics. They build nice complete aftermarket gauge clusters using autometer gauges.

Thanks guys, I'll look for the ad in a sec. Sweet setup Willie. I'd like one for my Speedo, Tach, Fuel level etc bc if I can find one it'll make my T56 swap a lot easier (AM Electronic Programmable Speedo).

Could I buy some sheets of that black plastic and heat it to bend it? Then with a hole saw cut the holes for the gauges?

I don't know about bending the plastic but my plans are to cut some off the back of the trim piece around the gauge panel to provide clearance for a flat piece of sheetmetal, and use a bi-metal holesaw to punch the gauge holes. I'm gonna use LEDs for the turn signal and high beam indicators, and since my car is carbed I don't need an SES light or anything of that sort. It's gonna be clean and simple, silver-face gauges on a black background with yellow LEDs for the blinkers and a blue one for the high-beam. The cost of gauges is the only thing that's holding me back.

And Willie.....I love what you've done with your dash...
