Are the accessory mounting holes the same on pre '87 and '87+ cyl. heads?

Basically what is says, are the accessory mounts the same on both sets of heads? If so that would make the only differences the centerbolt and perimeter bolt valve cover setups and the angle of the middle bolts for the intake manifold right?
I want to know if I build a motor with the Stealth Ram could I get pre '87 heads and still mount my current serpentine accessory setup from my '90 motor? Thanks.

I HAVE ZZ4 HEADS (PRODUCTION L98 ALUMINUM CORVETTE) ON MY Z AND THE SAME BELT SYSTEM AS YOU AND I HAD ONE PROBLEM. ON THE PASSENGER SIDE THE BOLT CLOSEST TO THE WATER PUMP ON THE HEAD WOULD NOT LINE UP. I STILL DON'T HAVE A BOLT IN THAT HOLE AND HAVE SEEN NO PROBLEM WITH ANY WEAR HOPE THIS HELPED
