Accel adjustable fuel regulator

Accel adjustable fuel regulator. Is this a good one ?
also how exactly do you adjust it?

It works. Basically it adds more tension on the spring that holds the diaphragm so it keeps the fuel pressure higher. I have used that and hypertech and basically found little or no gain. See reply in other post
